Construction Inspection Quality Control

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION, MATERIAL TESTING, AND BUILDING CODE INSPECTIONS

Reliable construction inspection and material testing program is vital to assure the quality of any construction project, big or small. Each construction project is unique. Integration of the project stakeholders, availability of qualified contractors/workers, the variability of construction materials, and unforeseen events can all lead to conditions where quality can suffer.

The staff monitoring the project can have a significant impact on the quality of the finished project. You need construction inspectors that have technical expertise and knowledge of the construction processes and materials in use. You also need a team with sound judgment and excellent communication skills to coordinate with all parties to meet the demands of the fast-paced construction schedules of today.

Making sure your construction quality requirements are met is one critical step toward the satisfaction of all participants in the successful completion of a project.
